Could you be a little bit more specific, please? Leveling up is always helpful though. Golmore jungle is a GREAT place to level, just chain those Panthers!

Once you go through the main story part of the Ridorana Cataract, you can go back later and there are also basement levels below the st floor. Careful though, these are some of the hardest paces in the game to fight.
A few Mark Hunts will be found down there, but in order to navigate around that area, you have to collect Orbs dropped by certain creatures and light up alters or something and get them to light up the whole room.
As you light them up, you will unlock the next level below it until you get to the very bottom level. (I think the Cataract has 3 basement levels)
