Here is one of the best PlayStation 3 game and one of the best seller's I love this game alot the amazing grafics and the great game play how can you not like this game.It is kinda impossible when you play it on hard cause when you play it on easy its hard enough.Heres a few pics.

Those pictures do the game very little justice indeed.

This game, in my opinion, has got to be one of the single greatest first person shooters ever created. I put it right up there with Halo, honestly. The story and time period and etc. just appeals to me on many levels.
 
Nah this game isn't even close with halo I would have to say that halo is kinda wack now.You are right about resistance it is one of the best first person shooters but its kinda hard to me.
 

I felt the game was far too easy on "Easy" mode. There were too many healthpacks littered about, and if you played with a cool head you would have more than enough ammo to spare. Although, the final levels (when you're flooded by Chimera, Stalkers, Howelers, Steelheads and the like) are extremely tough to fight alone. I'm stuck at the point right before you blow up the bridge! :P I finished the game in co~op mode playing with my homie, and it helped to unlock great new weapons. I can't wait to beat it, so I can play it again!

Oh see you beat it on Co-Op I am playing it on normal and I am stuck on the 12th mission dunno what its called though :Plol.Rhea just give the shooting games a chance play them for awhile and in time you will end up loving them alot.^_^
 
This game is far overrated. I absolutely hated this game. The only good thing about this game I can see is online and the fact that I got it for free.

This game blows. I only use my PS3 to surf the interwheb, music, DVDs, and what not. Until good games come out that's all it'll be used for.
 
Well everyone has their own opinion.

I beat the game on Normal, the final leves were tough to be sure. I'm going to try Hard mode after I beat normal again and collect all the intel and whatnot.
 
It's a good FPS, I say. Good--not great. The game is too linear for my taste. I feel like I'm walking a straight line the entire time, blowing up anything that gets in my way.

Great weapons, graphics, story, and multiplayer make it well worth the money.

Anyone who responds like that to an opinion that doesn't match their own is automatically biased. =)

The story is good, but I don't think I'm ready to get down and thank the almighty lord for allowing me to experience it. WWII with aliens.

Don't get me wrong, though. The game is good.
 
Psh. It's amazing and you know it.

The fact that it is in the time frame of WW II but with alternate events very much intrigues me. Alternate Universes ftw.
 
It's a neat concept. Not terribly creative, but neat...

The game really picks up as you progress. The first several levels had me wondering if I wasted $60. Once the player reaches the Cathedral, the game's great fun.
 
The last level is one of the best final levels I have ever played, right alongside "The Maw" in Halo. Gotta love those blasted Angels. Haha.
 
Somehow...I doubt I'll regard that level as being on the same level as "The Maw," but we'll see...maybe.

Gears of War is infinitely more fun than Resistance, making it hard for me to justify playing it.
 
Yes, you are correct in saying that Gears of War IS a better game than Resistance is. Give Resistance its due though, being put up against the likes of Gears of War is hardly an easy thing to do.
 
It's easy to be "put up" to Gears of War. The difficulty lies in surpassing it.

The games are considerably different, so I try not to compare them too much. Gears of War is simply more fun to play.

I agree that gow is more fun but i have to say rfom is very similar to gow in the way that it's man versus strange mutant beings. oh any 1 know that sony in trouble coz of this game.
