For me, it's got to be FF10. I would gladly spend 50-hours for playing it (from start until the ending) just to watch the emotional ending (to me anyways) and of course just watching the ending on the internet is no fun because you get no plot build up. I think I've re-played it for about 6 or 7 times.
The FF game which I have re-played the most after 10 is 8.

Oh, how I wished I could experience FF10 for the first time again.

I have replayed every Final Fantasy at least once. I have even done multiple re-runs of FFXII, but that was more me trying to desperately find that my original impressions of the game were wrong.

But, out of all Final Fantasies, I play FFX at least once a year and often two times a year. I'm actually gearing up for another play-through in the next few weeks which will then be followed by another go with FFX-2.

On a side note: I also listen to the FFVII-FFX soundtracks almost daily. I love the music from these games.

VIII.

I've replayed it about 7 times now. Sometimes I'll lvl 100 and do all the sidequests, sometimes I'll run through the main story only.

And for several reasons. The story itself is one of my favorites, maybe falls second to VI. I also like how it is more character driven than the others. A huge part for me is the scenario, location, and music of VIII. Walking around Balamb Garden with that song playing in the background just feels familiar to me. ^^
