On my rep power it says 29 does this mean 29 people have rep'd me or something else? Can we see what posts recieved rep and why?

Yeah it doesn't mean that 29 people have repped you. =)
I'm certain that if a member had a lot of rep power (e.g 1000) that when they give rep to someone they would give them more points and raise the other persons rep higher.
If the member had around 500 rep, the points they gave to someone when repping them would be less.
Or something along those lines.
