As far as I know, I thought the release date was set for November 20th of this year in the US. However, the UK and Australian release dates were TBA (I'm betting the first quarter of 2008).
I'd just keep checking the popular gaming sites as most of them usually have inside sources in the gaming industry.

Ive read in Ngamer magazine that it should be out in Europe before the end of the year. Fingers crossed.
