How do you increase your pet's obedience level? I tried searching the other forums, to no avail.

I think that a pet raising tutorial in the Info. HQ would also be helpful.

Thanks a bunch^_^

You just use it and it's obedience level will increase. If you just bought a new pet then it won't for awhile but it should increase permanently after a few days.

Letting your pet die lowers it's obedience.

unless you heal him before the fight over then it doesn't change I think been a while and sadly mine really doesn't die very often and if he does the loss is so minor I make it up with 1 or 2 attacks.

Also if you make your pet escape and fight solo, then it's obedience level will go down. Makes training magic a pain in the ass :monster:

I think it goes here....-_- If any mod wishes to move this go ahead.

Anyways, any RPG related question post here.

I also noticed that if your speed is alot greater than that of your pets and it does not get as many turns as you the obedience goes down as well.

Every time you level up you can add points to Taming, this helps keep your obidience level up.

Yeah. Taming level within 50 of your pet's actual level is all you need, really.

also useing items on you pet help to raise it's obedience,
thinking about it it's obedience level is prity much how much it likes you

That does not seem to help. Usually the first attribute I add to the pet is SPD. If the pet gets more turns verses character, it will gain the 100% obedience percentage. Once it gains obedience, then you can concentrate on other stats. Of course, another thing is to keep the pet alive. Do not keep it dead, it will lose obedience percentage while your main character is fighting alone.
