PSP or DS

The title says it all really, what do you prefer? PSP or DS?

I personally think the PSP is better because the graphics are really sharp, loud enough volume comes through the small speakers it has and it feels just like a PS1/PS2 pad in your hand. You can also do A LOT of hacking tricks for the PSP but I wont say how as it's illegal, but there is tons of cool hacks you can do.

The DS is really bland in my opinion, it has no good games in my opinion apart from Castlevania, thats a really fun game. The Mario 64 game was no different to the N64 version so whats the point of releasing it for the DS? And most of the DS' games are rubbish in my opinion.
 
All I want is something to play my GBA games on, Mario Games, Pokemon games too - I don't want a PSP, because there's so much you can do to it, it's annoying - listen to MP3's, watch a movie, get wallpapers - I just want to play games, not have some god knows what on a portable console.
 
I think the DS looks like it would be more fun to have instead of a PSP. With listening to music; that's why I have my CD player. And as Judge Ghis stated, I would also like to have something to play my GBA games on.
 
The DS seems better. I would rather have a good Nintendo system than a Sony system. DS can go online and play GBA and DS games. PSP can play movies on a small screen and only plays PSP games.

Well, anyways, i voted for PSP because it's smaller than the DS, and it's has better colors xP (The desing)
And better graphics, tought.
 
In terms of technical specs the PSP beats the DS by the long shot. Internet browser, MP3 player, Video playback and a gaming device. And with that emulation that Sony is releasing for the PSP this November, FFVII-FFIX on the go.
 
It's too hard to choose! The PSP has many cool features, but you always have to update the software to play the newest games. The Nintendo DS is innovative, but most of their games are boring. Overall...I'll go PSP.
 
The DS Definetly.

I like the DS because most of the PSP games are on the PS2 too ( GTA, NFS, Outrun, ) and the PSP games graphics might be nice but the DS games are colourful and look great.
 
I thought you only played games on games consoles, not carry a computer round with you. MP3 players are cheap enough these days, why go on in the internet when you can play games? What happens if you get a virus on a PSP? What then? I hardly see anything worthwhile for the PSP, but that's maybe because my tastes differ.
 
Well at least its still better in my opinion. I'm not a real big fan of most nintendo's games. Especialy after they made that one... What were they thinking...
 
PSP.

Both have their ups, both have their downs.
IMO neither have a good selection of games yet.
DS is too kiddy.
PSP loading times are ridiculous, but it has far more capabilities than games...
