Square-Enix company president Youichi Wada has became president of Taito Inc., a subsidarary of Square-Enix as of July 1. Wada replaced current Taito President, Yasuo Nishigaki, while retaining his position as Square-Enix's president. Wada did this in hopes of strengthening the two companies together and using Taito's Amusement Facility Division.

Since Square Enix's acquisition of Taito last September, Wada has been acting as the chairman of Taito's board of directors. Nishigaki will now assume this position, instead of being the president of Taito.

Taito is the subsidary of Square Enix. They are also a publisher who does some of the SE games. I can't think of some right off the top of my head...but they are basically a part of Square now.
