Help Playing FF8 on my PSP

Hi I am using the 3.80 m33 CFW and I need some help on getting my FF8 files to play on the PSP. I downloaded the files from emuparadise and the filetype was weird. When i used WinRAR to open the file i saw an ecm filetype with like 655 MB,making me think this is the file i need. But I need to turn it into an iso and cso to play on my PSP,can anybody help?

I think the psp is protected from that, you need a compressor and a special program. Otherwise just spend $10 on psn or you can...... oops, cant talk about those things on this site
