Photoshop Question {Brushes}

Ok so i've been wanting to add a few brushes to photoshop because i've been wanted to try a few tutorials. Now i download them and then there saved on my downloads.. Now what? Not to sure how to get them into Photoshop to use. I also wanna know how to do this with text. I did it once but can't remember how.

Find your program files, find your photoshop files, in your photoshop files, find your brushes folder - drag your downloaded brushes into that folder. Once you restart photoshop they'll be loaded into your brush list =]

Ok i got a new brush, and its called the Rising Sun brush. Now i put it into my folder and now where would i find it to use? It was a WinRar, but i copied the photoshop brush part into my brushes, says its there, just dunno how to use it now? Where is the 'brush list'?
