Give the sig/avi a stroke in the Blending Options then set its position to Inside. It's possible to have two strokes by attaching an Inner Shadow with Blend mode set to normal as well as having 100% on Opacity, Distance of 0, Choke set at 100% and have the size larger than the stroke since it appears below it.
