Hey guys what's up, I'm new here and have a question about the Outerworld.. can you guys help me?
I just finished my first playthrough on normal, and only saw three different Outerworld NPCs in the 9 days that i played. Am i doing something wrong? I never saw the LRFF13 NPC either.
Is there any way to jazz this feature up somehow? How many people on average should i be seeing? Should i be seeing new people on a regular basis? I feel like I'm missing out on the experience..
