I'm currently in Zozo, and I'm trying to get to the clock that I need to adjust to 6:10:50 - where is it at, and I also climbed a tower, according to a walkthrough, I need to climb as high as I can and jump - well, I can't jump - did I miss gaining a jump ability somewhere?

Jumping is an action command that occures when you press the confirm button(like A or X). Like opening a treasure chest or talking to someone.
 
There are some doors where you can like stand in them (it just looks like a shadow of a door or something) and you are able to jump from one building to the other. I am actually at this bit. I'm just after beating the boss as I wasn't actually paying much attention, I only had 2 members alive at the boss and surived with just Cyan with 7 HP. (I wasn't really trying as I was wondering while waiting on my bro get off the PC). Since I couldn't revive any of my party (No phoenix downs), I used the teleport stone and then a tent and back to Figaro to find out that I meet the characters at the entrance of Zozo. :D
 
Yeah, I just figured that out.

Now I'm outside Albrook trying to level Locke and Celes up - they're both very weak, and the Magitek Factory's goons are pretty tough - I'm trying to get Locke and Celes to around 1,000 HP.

That's where I am levelling at now. Celes is okay but Locke is 3 levels behind Sabin and Edgar. Don't know if I will level him to that much but will definitely level him up quite a bit.
 
That's what I have to do but I'm levelling my party to level 25+. So far Setzer and Gau just turned 24 while it shouldn't be long for Edgar and Sabin to turn 25. Terra is 23, I think Locke is 21 or 22 and Cyan is 21.
 
I'm back in Zozo, and I can't for the life of me find the guy that sells me Rust-Rid so I can go through the rusted shut door.
