Ninjas and Sages

Does anyone know how to enable your characters to change jobs to ninjas and sages? I can't work it out...

if you push select when you are over the Ninja or sage clas it should comeup with what other class skills but i wil check that for you now

EDIT: list of abilities required
Ninja=Thief A-abbilities x2
Sage=Beastmaster A-abbilities x2 +white mage A-abilities x3

and if you don't know what an A-ability is it's an ability that can be used during battle like the black magic fire, ice, and thunder

Elementalist is one Fencer A-Ability Mastered + one White Mage A-Ability Mastered.
