maybe in Costa Del Sol or somewhere, you can make a 'mature' section for people with 'mature' comments that are too 'mature' to go in other forums without younger members being.....disturbed......

I wasn't talking about porn. It would strictly be a non nudity forum suggestion. Just a place where you could curse and be perverted without having to worry about scaring the minds of children who don't know what the things mean.
Well, if it ever was accepted, I doubt you, or many others, would be allowed in to it. Nevertheless, I still say "no" to it.

In which case, you're most likely going to be told that this isn't the place for that, it's a Final Fantasy Forum.
if it's a FF forum, why do you have a car section? a sports section? a religion section? They aren't Final Fantasy related.

As for Admant's suggestion, i agree too, ive seen flame boards on many other forums, you could just go there and flame your local game store or jjust get angry by posting your sad story there...

But where do you draw the line as to who's "mature" enough to take part in that forum?? If you go by age, number one a lot of people would lie about that and number two, most of the members of this forum are underage anyways!
well, you can check the age they signed up with and decide by who you find mature enough. I don't mean mature as in strict like TSG though. I mean mature as in understanding many adult terms.
You can allow certain members who plead acess, like if planzer wants to acess to the mature forum, it could be approved by someone... or you could put a post count regulation and amount of time required to go to that forum, like changing your profile rank.
I am against this idea aswell. We simply can not be totally sure of peoples age and so we could not make sure under age kids are kept out of such a place. Plus we really do not need such an area here on FFF this is a forum for all ages (more or less)
To take a break. There's eventually going to be a point where people can't talk about Final Fantasy anymore. I hasten to add, it's not a religion section, it's a debate forum. There would be no need for the mature forum whatsoever - there are plenty of "mature" topics around anyway. If it's to get away from younger members who aren't entirely comprehensive (not directed at anyone in particular), then that's pointless, too, because those members generally stay away from those "mature" threads. Take a look at the debate forum, for instance - how many n00b's do you see posting in there? It would just depend on what you write, how you write it and where you place it.

And "understanding many adult terms". Again, I have to come back to the fact that you, yourself, are not an adult (such as "I'm not reading that! O_O Too long!" - hardly mature). So, this comment either has to do with big words and decent comprehension, or you want to be "perverted" (to anyone else, Kaze told me on MSN he wants a "perverted" forum, where he can be the most notorious).
Unless you can come up with a decent argument why you should get this forum (subsequently proving your maturity), then I truly don't see this happening.
yes I did say that. But not to be notorious, but to let out some of the funny perverted jokes I have that may disturbed the younger members.
And Tethar(mind if I call you that?), I have seen many forums for all age with these types of forums. Actually, the only forum I use that doesn't have one is this. And they all seem to manage to have them by keepign away nudity and stuff. You can just have someone who wants to be in send you a pm, and if you feel like they can be allowed, reply giving them a password. It wold have to be password protected of course though.
