Honestly I don't really want to see another FF movie. It's kind of cool when they make one... but I'd rather they put their time and money into other ventures like new games and/or Final Fantasy VII remake.

The only reason Advent children made a good FF movie was because it had a good villian that everyone loved, also the way the story was told where they've already defeated sephiroth (which was in the actual game itself) and now hes returned for one final battle makes it to where they can focus on how he comes back and then the final battle and so the movie doesnt last like 5 hours trying to tell the entire story
because dam FF games are long and to make a movie out of it would be even longer.
so i dont see another FF movie coming out any time soon ( though in my opinion FFXlll versus looks like it could make a good movie from its trailer)

AC had a bad storyline. It was really just something for all the hungry FFVII fans who wanted more so they shoved this pile of shit down our throats and ruin any good ending that FFVII had.

Final Fantasy the Sprits Within bankrupted Squaresoft and no offense to VII fans, but I thought Advent Children was alright, certainly nothing more than that… IMO.
Don’t get me wrong, I liked the movie, but the fight scenes were like watching the Matirx on crack.
Anyway, making movies doesn’t seem to be Square-Enix’s strong suit, in my opinion. They should focus on doing what they do best, making games…
