Name: Nesh.

Title: Full name is Nesharian el Abyssium, which means "wields the forest" in Runic Vant.

Alignment: Mostly good.

Race: Vant mostly, but also part Viera. Vants are agile, stealthy humanoids, possess slender, yet strong builds, and are guerrilla fighters. They build their communities in forests. Vants possess an extensive knowledge of plants and animals. Both genders of Vants grow out their hair (pink or yellow for girls and purple or blue for boys), and they can interbreed with Vieras and any other humanoid race.

Racial Traits: Vants have the same build and average height as an Ivalicean Hume. Their ears are pointed, similar to an elf's, and their eyes are large and piercing. The color of their eyes vary depending on where they are born, but they're generally a pastel color. A special adaptation among the Vants is that no matter how much they exercise, they still retain their slender physique. This is so that they can still move silently and stalk animals without being noticed.

Gender: Male.

Age: Unknown. Looks twelve but his extended vocabulary and manner of speaking suggest he's been around for longer than that.

Attire: No chest garments. Wears shorts made of black leather. Shoulder-length purple hair has large blue feathers woven into it. Nesh also carries a coil of mythril rope, very thin and strong (about the width of a thumbnail), around his waist, as well as four colored pouches for elemental beads (see Magics for more info).

Personality: Nesh is a little antisocial, and will try to avoid social situations. However, if he sees that there isn't a way out, he will gladly sit down and talk. The Vant also enjoys arguments and their intellectual challenge. If he sees someone in danger he will always help them out, no matter what, but after he makes that decision he always thinks, "How the hell did I get into this?".

First Impression: Nesh can easily blend into a crowd, which shows how skillfully he can evade people. If you found him, and said hi, he would say hi back. If you said something to him again, he would probably ignore you. If you said anything after that, he would probably meld into the crowd if he sensed you had bad intentions. If not, he would find a place to sit and begin talking with you.
If he gets irritated, like if someone made a racial slur against him, Nesh would give them his "look" which basically says "Why did you do that". If, however, the annoyance was more physical (like if someone threw a tomato at him) he would block the attack, counter and throw the assailant into any number of unflattering positions (particularly in public), and move away quickly. Example: If a fruit merchant tosses an apple at him, he would snatch the fruit out of the air, flip the merchant by his wrist, and drop him into a bin of sticky and/or gross produce.

Strength: Very strong for his slender build, which aids in surprising foes. A good punch would probably knock down a foe causing 20 damage.

Speed: Nesh moves extremely fast, about 30 MPH after 10 seconds of buildup. He can sidestep instantaneously, and can easily find a single gap in a hail of arrows. He also attacks with great speed.

Endurance: Nesh can fight for about 1 hour and run for half that, at top speed before having to rest. A punch would probably make him double over. Because he's used to not getting hit, he can't take much abuse.

Reflexes: Highly developed. Nesh can react to all manner of projectiles, physical or arcane, as long as they don't break the sound barrier. He can sidestep very quickly, and can do rolling dodges to evade close-range attacks.

Fighting style: Guerrilla. He uses natural cover and strikes with the element of surprise. Generally, you need all the Vant attributes to use these tactics.

Weapons: A normal knife. Foot-long, serrated on one end. Hilt is made of light brown pine wood. Blade is made of canine fang, which has been stained red by blood over time. No special powers.
Nesh's specialty is a chakram, a frisbee-like structure about 1 foot across. Except for the handle (made of leather and about 1/3 of the chakram) , it is an O-like blade, about as thin as a double-folded piece of paper. It is made for throwing and Nesh must retrieve it at the end of battle.
On top of this, he can use a wide variety of weapons, which he does. When he faces an enemy he always has his knife, rope, and chakram. However, if it is a battle made in advance, he always studies his enemy to decide what to use from his selection of weapons.
When facing foes who must get up close to do damage, he does the opposite and stays far away while using some pretty sharp throwing knives imbued with lightning. He can throw them up to 400 feet with about 90% accuracy. On contact, the knife blade releases enough voltage and amperage to stun the foe for about 5 seconds. They become regular throwing knives if they hit anything which doesn't conduct electricity
If facing a foe who fights from a distance, Nesh will use his agility to get up close and strike with his halberd. The weapon is about 6ft. long and very light and sharp. As a result he can string attacks together just as easily with it as his dagger, although they tire him out somewhat. The cutting part is made up of a circle of very sharp needles about an inch across at the base. As an alternative weapon Nesh can disconnect the cutting part and attach a sledgehammer head made of the same light material for a lethal Giant Scorpion Tail.

Armor: None, wears his normal garb. When visiting snowy places Nesh wears light leather armor on top of that.

Abilities: Except for some basic acrobatics (backflips, spinning kicks, and swiftness) Nesh doesn't have any unarmed techniques or powers.

History: Nothing really interesting, except that when his hometown was destroyed by a huge bonfire started by Belias, the Gigas (Nesh wasn't born at the time), the village chiefs led a subjugation team to the fiend's home in the Tomb of Raithwall (which involved dimensional travel through space and time) and killed both Belias and the Occuria who was controlling it. Since the team couldn't make it back to their own time, they settled in Ivalice alongside a viera town, and 100 years later, Nesh was born. He is part Viera and as a result his ears are rabbitlike and feet are clawed, both of which are Viera attributes.

Appearence: Nesh is a light-skinned boy of about a 5-foot height. He has blue eyes and purple hair, as well as a small nose. Nesh has light arms and small hands which help him to strike quickly. He has a small torso and long legs which make him seem very tall.

Non-Battle Abilities: If in total darkness, he can use echolocation to "see". He can use monster spoils to create weapons. He can call his chocobo from miles away by whistling at a very high pitch.

Pet: Reffy, a blue chocobo. Though most chocobos not of yellow plumage are shy of humans, Reffy has been friends with Nesh ever since he was rescued as a chocobo chick from a hailstorm by the said Vant.

Pet's Abilities: Reffy's amazing speed also allows him to cover great distances, and he can be used as a battering ram when wearing a chocobo helmet.

Magics: Vants generally don't use magic, so Nesh can't cast them. However, by throwing elemental beads a magic explosion will occur on impact, and substitute for the setback of not being able to cast a magic. The magic explosion is about 3 cubic feet. Magic beads are very small, about the size of a fingernail, and Nesh carries four pouches around his waist for these little orbs of magic. They are about the size of a baseball and can hold up to 20 beads per pouch. To utilize his mythril rope attack, all Nesh needs to do is touch the end of the rope to a bead and the rope will alter the terrain it touches depending on which bead was used. The pouches which they are stored in are special in that they automatically regenerate whenever they come in contact with a force similar to that which they house (Red Beads= Heat, Purple Beads= Precipitation, Black Beads= Sin, Azure beads= divinity). The beads cannot be detonated while inside their pouch.
Red Bead
These are imbued with the power of fire and also contain compressed smoke. On impact, a blast of heat will affect the area around it, which usually sets it ablaze, and black smoke will stream out of the bead. These beads are useful for making a quick escape via cover of smoke. Its pouch replenishes itself if it is exposed to fire (it is fireproof).
Purple Bead
This ball contains the fury of a storm, complete with lightning and hail. On impact, a jolt of electricity will weaken the surface it burst on and the coldness of hail coats the surface with 1 inch of solid ice. This allows Nesh to shatter barriers (and foes) with his Giant Scorpion Tail, and tougher foes' armor like glass. Their respective pouch is replenished whenever there is precipitation or lightning nearby.
Black Bead
These orbs only work on live enemies, or robots. On impact, a dark powder will spread along the surface until the foe is completely coated. This not only robs a foe of vision, it is also almost permanent. This works to an advantage, because it absorbs and nuillifies life-force (or electricity in the case of robots) of the target; therefore sapping the life out of the victim. These are replenished whenever malice or any one of the seven deadly sins (greed, lust, gluttony, envy, wrath, sloth, and pride) is nearby.
Azure Bead
The Azure Bead is the sole type of orb which can affect Nesh. When tossed at his feet, he becomes rejuvenated and any ailments that befall him in battle become purged. After the Azure Bead becomes used up, the impurities purged from Nesh become trapped into the Azure Bead and in two hours they will be turned into the dark powder and thus it will become a Black Bead.

Whereas the idea is a good one. "the whole battlefield"
What if there are 1000 people on the battlefield, and the battlefield is 300 meters in each direction, can he affect everyone?

Also, you don't mention what magics he can use, what they do or what energy drains they have.

All his abilities must be deatailed, even those that is his racial ones.
Ill let this be the start of it , as I cant seem to read too much today.

This is somewhat, misleading.
If he is mostly good, then this means that there are times when he is not good.
If so he would fit better for a neutral one.

Just so it is known, Telekinesis is moving objects with ones' mind. Whereas Telepathy is communicating with the mind.
Also note that this skill must be detailed under abilities, whereas the energy drain is extremely little for this, it has to be detailed if it can be used against other targets, and if so what you can do and how to avoid it.

Just a note, if you are unsure of spelling, either pretype characters and RP posts in MsWord, or get FireFox with a dictionairy.

You can add that he is XX years old, but he LOOKS like YY years, this will force the otehrs to react to his visual apperance as he is YY years.

In this case, how thick and long is the rope?

Personality: Nesh is a "strong, silent" type. He doesn't make much conversation, but enters fights with great vigor. Nesh also puts his allies' lives before his own, which has earned him many a scar in the name of friendship.
This is too vague, try and add a few situations, like if someone calls him something, or someone by mistake dropped a tomato from above that hit him.
Things that CAN happen, try and add more detail, if all else fails, use examples.
Would he save a littel girl from bandits? Or help them rob her?

First Impression: Nesh would agree to do anything that would put himself and others in danger from any sort of foe. If not he'd probably ignore you.
This is more of a thing to jam i nteh personality tab.
I usually think the first impression to detail teh first impression OTHERS get from seeing you the FIRST time.
So, use examples that if someone were to see you in the town, what would they notice, perhaps some ideas pf what they might think of you.
Perhaps they might think you are weaker hten you are due to your slender build..

20 damage from how much?
From 30, then this is insanely strong, from 1000, if so this is nothing.
Instead of using nummerical ideas, try adding a comparing.
Like he is equal to a trained knight, or a durable blacksmith. Such things.

So, what if i were to fire an arrow from 500 meters away (1 640 feet), would you react to it?
What if I were to use a gun and shoot from a distance, note that in the sake of guns that the bullet hits you before hte sound of the shot does.

Perhaps detail it more, if needed there is a wikipedia entry on gerillia warfare, read thhat (it is not too long) and see if there is more things you cna enter here. Do not link to it ^^

No special powers, though Nesh will rub elemental dust on the edge (poison, fire, ice, thunder, darkness, holy, water, warp) to add an effect depending on the situation.
Nesh also uses a boomerang which has his mythril rope attached to one end, and allows him cover a battlefield with a grid of ankle-high cordage. The rope is very strong and conducts magic, and by using this attribute, Nesh can cast a weak magic on the rope and affect the whole battlefield. On the other hand, enemies can do this also and attack Nesh if he's holding onto the boomerang.
On top of this, he can use a wide variety of weapons, which he does. When he faces an enemy he always has his knife, rope, and boomerang. However, if it is a battle made in advance, he always studies his enemy to decide what to use from his selection of weapons.

You should note that half of this details your fighting style, and not the weapons themselves.
This tab is for the weapons, and any innate abilities the weapons themselves have.
Note that Poisons are not 'legal' in the sense of RP's as it is G'modding to an extent.

You mention rubbing some elemental dust on them, but said dust ist not listed anywhere else in your bio, where does it come from, how is it used?
etc.
How much of it do you have with you, and how much damage can one assume from getting.

Add teh details of the dust you have with you ina a tab named "Items"
There is never a problem with ADDING tabs to the Character sheet.
You mention a halberd, this is 6ft long, one cannot be stealthy with said weapon attacked to ones body.

For the weapon section, part it up with a new paragraph for every weapon, and the items (liek the dust) should be explained seperatly, also how much of each type of fust he has with him.

The fighting style effects I mentioned in here should be placed under "Fighting Style"

Try and add enough detail in it so that one does not have to assume anything.

The history should be placed at the end, this is jsut because it is often the longest tab in a bio, and when someone are checking your bio it is the least interesting one.

Also, know that not everyone know who the named ones are, I dont know any of them.

You do know that teh way it is written now, if he have hte rope around something, he is HOLDING the other side.
Which means, if he uses a bead on the rope, he will use it in the entangled enemy AND himself ^^

The bead idea is ok and all, but it needs somewhat more detail.
Consider this, if he has them in the pouches, and they 'go of'' upon an impact.
What will happen if your char is thrown agaistn a wall, wont all the beads go off at the same time?

Whereas I will allow the bead idea, perhaps add an activation cost, like your ahr have to channel his energy onto the beads to activate them.
As a skill/spell is rarely allowed to not have an energy drain.



Also, I would ask you to change the character sheet into the official FFF Bio Format

It is also useful to state how much damage a punch would do to an opposing character if the opponent’s health was at 500 (with minimal defensive capabilities), and give your damage a numerical value. (Copied from RP Bio format) There's yer answer. Added some more stuff.
 
Where does the echo thing come from?
How does it work? a higher hearing is not enough for this to work ^^
His echolocation is exactly the same as a bat's or a dolphin's. Echolocation is based off of making several sharp, high sounds and using the echos to get an idea of shapes (not colors) around the user. I heard this in Biology a few months ago and wanted to incorporate it... Look it up, bats use this instead of seeing as their eyes are far too weak from living in darkness. They can even see mosquitoes with it.
