You have to defeat all the other enemies in his group for him to appear. Good luck cause some of those monsters are really hard. Also Nemisis is deadly all on his own I ended up having to spam auto life on atleast one character to keep alive and healing. I got a few attacks in here and there. Then finally after more then an hour he went down.

Ok, I yust have Ultima buster and shinryu (that dragon ting under water).
I have tayken Ehart Eater Easy, and Th`uban, was a little harder.
That Sin Spawn thing was quiet easy. But Greather Sphere and Neslug was fucking
hard! But i did them
Well, how can I thaik the to others?
And whar is the unlock prise for Nemisis??

Posterboy for FFVII
You get 10 Master Sphers for unlocking Nemesis. Make sure all your party members have Auto-Life, and Quick Hit.

you unlocked him good luck beating him, he is the epitome of a nightmare, auto life is recomended, ultra sparks a pain in the ass! spams status effects dont forget he counters most overdrives with ultima, armageddons also a can of whoop ass! have fun......

i do say becareful here. i havent killed him cuz he is soo hard. he has extremly long health and he will get to ur last nerves. also try at least mastering a characters sphere grid, and i mean all of them. good luck
