Playstation Need help Making Golden Curry for Rigel in Star Ocean Till The End of Time

Ok I been getting really pissed at this game just because it wont let me make curry to hire the inventor Rigel. Im trying to get all my favorite inventors and i played the game before and made it all the way to the end but last time I dont think I remember hiring alot of invnetors like I am now. I see to get Rigel (really need her) who's in kirsla is hungry and I have to make golden curry to recruit her. The guides say you need to be 63 at the cost alot of people told me 44,45,64,65 too and yes I have Mayu (which is neccessary for it) and im using fayt,nel and mayu and im not getting crap but spammed Spicy Cakes,Natu,Cheap Sashami and Tough Steak.

If anyone knows any suggestions I could use to make this nasty sounding curry for this stupid lady who wants curry so bad that she wants me to make it would be very helpful?

My suggestion, which I'd gotten from my cousin: Get the Keen Kitchen Knife, then have The Killer Chef, Nel, and Sophia as your inventors.

Probability of success should skyrocket. Made it on the first try. haha

Crap I havent gotten Sophia back in my party and dont think that inventor joined yet, I know the knife thing is peterny I think since I did it before in my last playthrough? but this means I have to wait and advance the story D:
