how do you get them, I already have Ifrit, Thunder one, Shiva, Siren, and Diablos, but I have a lack of them, I need at least one more (I am up to the Lost King Tomb mission near Deling City)

You can get Cereberus from Galbadia Garden when you're about to fight Edea, You can Draw Alexander from Edea, you can get Carnbuncle from the two dragon monsters you fight during the Celebration in Dealing City.
You can also get Brothers from that Tomb you're in. *nod, nod* It takes some steps to do it though...I forgot them. =/.
