Definitely an interesting match up of old rivals. Has anyone been following the NBA finals? I was pulling for the Lakers, but it looks like the Celtics are in control with a 2-0 lead in the series.

I actually watched this game despite not being a sports person. My parents have been a little annoyed at Kobe's attitude lately so they were rootin' for the Celtics. A stupid reason, I know, but what can you do?

Once the clock was down to 22sec I knew the Celtics had won, espescially after that second foul against LA.

Kobe's attitude prior to the start of the season was a little negative. He's been a great team player since then from what I can tell.

Personally, I don't want the Celtics to win since they spent the big bucks to acquire Garnett and Allen in the offseason. I'm tired of all the "Big Three" talk.

Me and warbs were talking about this in the sb not to long ago.
I can't really see the lakers winning this, they aren't what they used to be, Kobe was the only reason they beat the spurs. Vujacic and Fisher are good, but they aren't enough to beat Garnett, Allen and Pierce.

If the Lakers can play a full game of basketball, then I think they can make it interesting. They put together a nice comeback in the 4th quarter in game 2 after playing mediocre basketball for much of the 2nd and 3rd quarter.

You're right, though. The Lakers simply don't match up well enough with the Celtics.
