First time posting here. But I recently went back to the Giza plains to get the quest for Gil Snapper and I can't find the correct place to accept it. I cut down all the trees already and it was raining in the area. I looked for Nanua in the Crystal Glade but she was never there. Is it supposed to be raining in the Crystal Glade as well? Because i was there for quite some time and it was raining all around Crystal Glade, but never actually in that zone by the power crystal. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

It's in the section where the Save Crystal is (Not the town, but below it) - She and her brother(or son?) are sitting on it , as well there should be another tree next them.
Yes. But from what I understand is that it has to be raining in that zone for them to be there. I have been there for over an hour and it isn't raining in that area and I wanted to make sure that it actually rained there or if i was missing something.
