My New RP character...

I'm planning on making a young male character; between 20-30 years old. I want him to be gang oriented. I'm not sure if I want a black character or a mexican character.
Plus this is an industrian character; not fantasy...if you haven't caught on.

It depends on what attributes you want him to have. If you want him to be tall, make him black. If you want him to be a Speedy Gonzalez, make him our neighbor from the Southern border.
