Yeah Real emotion I don't like so much, but I mean generally the in game music, some of it I think was bit catchy and Yuna's Ballad just reminded me off all the crap she went through.
Just a random thought,it would be sooo funny if Yuna and Paine got out guitars and started getting their rock on
Well, you also have to remember that at the beginning of the game, that Yuna-look alike singing on the stage was not exactly Yuna. If I remember correctly it was LeBlanc and she'd stolen Yuna's dressphere. (I could be wrong...might need to replay the game again to know if I'm right or not.) When you put on a dressphere, the person whom it previously belonged to contains some of their emotions, feelings, etc...and you sort of take on that personality, hence Yuna's connection with Lenne and Shuyin both.
Since that was Lenne's dressphere, that's where the singing and feelings came from quite honestly. I liked 1000 Words, but Real Emotion was just...irritating. But you can't put the blame on poor Yuna for Real Emotion! Because of the simple fact that it wasn't her! xD
Hah, I like The Real Emotion. It was very catchy and upbeat. But 1,000 Words really did it for me. Jade (from Sweetbox) Villalon has a very sweet voice and ever since then, I've downloaded most of her albums. Erm, that's actually the only two songs that I remember from FFX-2. o.o For the life of me, I cannot remember the rest, whatsoever.
Yeah it was LeBlanc, she stole her dress sphere, still really hated it though I do remember thinking at the time, why does Yuna sound so different then I realised it wasn't her
I didn't really like much of the in game music at all xD
IMO, the music in X-2 is too pop-oriented, and it pales in comparison to Nobuo's superb compositions from its predecessor... I admit that "1000 Words" is still ok but "Real Emotions" is not to my liking...
In short, the music from X-2 does not have such an impact compared with memorable tunes like "Suteki Da Ne" (especially the Korean version) or the wonderful "To Zanarkand", both the piano and orchestra versions...
