Cecil Strife
A.K.A. Cecil Strife
Has anyone played this rare game?
I love this game. This game has so many diferent feelings to it. From sad, to fun, to cruel, to just screwed up, (really, this game will mess with your head sometimes.)
I'm not just talking a little sad. This game can get more sad then
It's also surprising to, near the end of the game.
The plot is undiscribable sometimes. I would sit here for hours trying to explain it all. The characters are all uniqe, like Kumatora, the princess on Osohe Castle who can use PSI, to Duster, a kind theif with a leg handicap. The main character is usually (the game occasionally switches main characters, but stops switching at Chapter 4) a young boy named Lucas, starting the game around 10 years old, I think.
This game isn't all sad and everything though. A lot of times, it can be quite funny. Such as when you defeat a boss known as the Barrier Trio, after you deliver the finishing blow, it will say;
With the last of their strength, the Barrier Trio formed a final Barrier Pose.
*long dramatic pause*
It was spectacular.
As you can see, many parts of this game are bright and cheery, while some are dark and ominous.
Mother 3 has amazing music. Once you hear it, you can neverr get the Pigmask Theme out of your head. Also, the final boss music is so freaking screwed up it could give you nightmares. I mean, the sound of your own heartbeat, followed by a strange blowing sound, to a single note over and over, the creepiest part for me is when it plays Lucas' attack sound over and over at increasing speed. It might even be scarier than the Mother 2 final boss music.
And then the MOTHER 3 Love theme. A personal favorite.
F-F-Fire!, another personal favorite.
Heck, every song is my favorite.
If I had to rate the game out of 10...
11 out of 10.
