More of a challenge

Elder Wyrm gave me a lot of trouble. That damn green bastard.

Same here, so i went the long route around him (through end of forest with really hard monsters) and then when i was level 60+ i went back to teach elder wyrm a thing a to about uber pwnage

It was kinda hard for me, considering I spent the majority of the beginning simply running from monsters so I could advance the plot and ended up on Tchita with some characters at level 12.

But once I caught up, it definitely was really easy. I agree that the marks were much more of a challenge - even the Trickster was probably more difficult than Vayne.

Hmmm i'm currently replaying FF12 and i haven't had trouble against anything apart from Vossler, and im underlvling with crap equipment ^_^
Im lv 21 and im fighting mateus.

I guess the only challenge that's left after the adventure and the hunts is getting yourself promoted to the rank of Order of Ambrosia or acquiring the Wyrmhero Blade. But even they don't require much skill or effort to tackle them.

Stronger enemies with levels above 90 would be a mouth-watering prospect, too bad only the Zodiac Job System version of this game offers this, and it appears that Square have screwed us yet again as they have no plans to release this title in the western regions.
