Ok so i lost my original copy of ffx and decided i want to play again, so i went and baught another copy...
this is weird, there have been a few scenes and sentences that ive NEVER heard before, and ive beaten the game about 5 or 6 times... sometimes i was shrugging it off because it was no big difference i figured maby i did something different, or just didnt remember
but THIS is deffinatly something ive never seen before.. I know because it always bothered me that this was never said OUTRIGHT in the game (but everyone knows it).
Ok so i just left machalania forest for the first time and Brother attacked with his anti-magic machina, ok i killed that, wakka finds out bout rikku being al bhed, whatever..
so now theyre riding on the machina towards machalania temple, and riku strikes up a conversation with tidus ive never heard before.
"So, do i look like yunie? ya think"
"Huh, why do you ask?"
"well, Yunie's mom is my dad's sister."
"ahh so your guarding family i guess."
"Its not just yunie i want to protect, its all summoners, they shouldnt have to sacrifice themselves"
"But theyre not, i mean yunie really wants to be a summoner its in her heart, shes doing what she things is right, so you shouldnt say yuna is sacraficing herself..."
its not word for word but its deffinatly a conversation ive never heard before...
so is there just some versions of the game that skip stuff like this? is this an event that was triggered by previous actions in the game? or am i just nuts and had a mini seisure every other time i played when this conversation happened.
furthermore, out of curiosity, in the begining of the game, you get two options to "pray" or "just watch" one at besaid, the next in kilika, do these choices effect anything?
