I'm wondering,
1)What level do you guyz think I should be when i get to the head hunters?
2)Should i fight or run?
And,
3)Fran's mp says 0/41 and it hasn't been recharging, a friend said use an ether... but he isn't very reliable so i haven't tried, what should i do?

1)15-20, i guess.
2) I would run.
3) Check her equipment. She probably has an accessory equipped that keeps her MP at 0.
