Here is something i did today and please comment so i can improve and that might just make me a little more skilled at this

its the first blue render i found and i was lazy so i took it even though its a bionicle

this one looks really good,keep getting better.

and i like the colour of blue in this sig.

nice background, i like the blue, render is awesome, i like the render! The font isint so great especially the color, and the scanlines are nicely done.

Hmm, a tad too monochrome. That means, all one colour. [In this case, almost everything is the same shade of blue]. Try and keep your render the colour it is and then make the background suit the render, instead of making it all blue to blend. Nice brushwork btw, you have a good point for that. The text is a nice font but the colour doesn't really fit.
Overall, with some fixes here and there, not bad. =]

I think your sigs are pretty good and all but then again, you seem to leave them in all one color. You are a good grahics artist, but you need to work with other colors and not making it all one color.

better than the first. I personall would like a border.
