Help Master Command Glitch Question

I'm not really sure how to use the "Master Command Glitch", so I have a question about it. How do you set it up so that you can counter with "4xCut"? I know you can do Added-Cut + Master Command to get a 5th cut with 4xCut, but I want to be able to counter using it. Thanks

I only know of the Master Command + Support Materia glitch. This is done by adding Master Command to any support materia and the effect will be added to all the commands you get from the master command but attack will also be in effect. You can equip slash-all, double-cut, to add on to the bonuses. My favorite is MC + HP absorb, and MC + MP absorb. Together my characters never need healing or MP cause I am always draining it with my attacks.
So yes I add 2x cut to it and when mastered I drain 999 HP and 99 MP with every hit.

But I want to know if you could somehow do it using the "Counter" support materia?

I heard there was a way you could counter with 4x or 2x cut depending on the materia level. I think it's counter command chained to 2x/4x cut?
