Mascot Dressphere Question

can i do all of the other episode completes for all of the places except for bevelle and still obtain the mascot dressphere?? i just want to use the mascot dressphere for the 100 dungeons (cuz it'll b fun)

or do i have to do the 100 dungeons in bevelle in order to get the mascot dressphere?

No you don't. I have only reached b-level 80 in bevelle, heavily relying on the Mascot.

To get the mascot dressphere you (just) have to let some of the stories in the game end with the most positive outcome. Sublevels of Bevelle is a subquest in that regard.
