I'll do it but I need a little more info. What text? Colour? Quotes? Or just go for it?

I tried too,but it didn't come out that well.

Omigod I love you Kether so much if there is anything i can do just let me know. I don't play RPG inferno though, so gil isn't likely to happen... sorry.

thanks for trying inoue!
There's nothing you can do for me. That is my greatest reward. I'm very glad you liked it, Dygan. Let me know if there is anything more I can do for you. ^_^

Well yeah there is. How did you actually make th sig? I'm quite interested in giving it a try?
How did I make it? Oh lordy, lordy ... hey, look, I just went, "Ah! An idea!" and then *blah* there it was, on the screen! :wink1:

No seriously let me think ... well, I edited the background out of the image you gave me, copied into a new blank sig and just rotated it a little for the "energy of the diagonal" effect. Used a simple gray background. Then I filled a new layer over the top using a simple carbon fibre effect pattern and faded it slightly using the Overlay blending mode. You can find out how to create these patterns all over the net. The rest was simple. I've got lots of tech and vector brushes (mostly from DeviantART) on my program (the program is GIMP) so I just added them here and there with different levels of opacity, added text and voila, one sig done. ;)

The program is GIMP, eh??
That's what I was actually asking. Does it cost anything to download?
Yep, the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is completely and utterly free and is easy to self-configure. Many who transfer from Photoshop to GIMP don't like it because of the different filters and layout etc., but work at it long enough and you soon start to "translate" Photoshop ideas to work them into GIMP.

See http://www.gimp.org/ and download the file suitable for your OS: Windows/Linux/Mac. :)
