Magic Levels

I was just curious, I was lookin thru the mobs in the new areas in Ulei Feild and Deti plains, I noticed that the mobs in this area have Lv10 Magic. But I thought the highest magic can go is lv5.. Is there a way to break the lv5 Cap for Magic?

there r some magic who can be lvled up to more than 5 it's just kinds

It all depends on the magic. Some of the more advanced magic can get up to lv. 16.
