Nah, because Imbune and Berserk cast with an attack. ;) I usually just need to cast Haste. My pet and I can switch back and forth between attack and magic.
 
No, you aren't dead if you cast Haste beforehand. Haste currently boosts my EVA by 80-90, along with speed. So By the time I cast all my buffs, I'm pretty godly in battle. However....that strategy isn't suited well to normal enemies - Only PvP.
 
I'd like to see those theories tested in PvP. That's two turns gone for someone to pummel the crap out of you <.<
 
You forget pets. Whilst I'm buffing my main character up, my pet will be pummeling your characters.

Oh, I'm just not joining because I keep being referred to as a 'Battlemage' even though I don't use a weapon. Therefore, I think both sides are stupid. ;)
 
That's one offensive character against two... And if I beat up on you, you'll die or be forced to heal whereas I can leave me or my tonberry to heal the other.
 
Regardless, I still have 1 offensive. It's not like I'm using too many turns buffing my character up. If I use haste as my initiative, I would get more turns than you, overall. So that would balance my turns out with you.
 
Of course all LK's theories gets destroyed by Cookie Monster Attack, which adds 1000 to SPD. :P

Anyway, are you selling any Koloth Mage Weapons? They would come in handy.
 
Though it seems that this clan is not very active, I am still interested in joining this clan
