Is their a point in hanging onto loot? Because i'm at the point in the game where i just purchased the Nihopalao for 30000 gil and in order to buy it i had to sell quite a bit of my cheap loots such a wolf and earth stones. Should i be cautious about selling the more expensive ones and what can i do with them besides sell them? Any additional knowledge would be extremely helpful, Thanks!

I would keep all of the good/rare/or newer stuff you start getting or you may screw yourself and end up having to go on missions to just find one more of an item that you sold earlier and it got used in a different bazaar good. There are a couple very good faq for bazaar goods/loot on gamefaqs, I like the one by FeuFeu but seph's is VERY detailed.

Are their other things i can do to make gil quick or is selling loot the easiest way?

Selling loot is the best way to make Gil, and I don't think you can permanently miss anything by selling all your loot, but there are certain ones that if you sell them you might have to spend some time getting them again for some bazaar items because of how the game keeps track of what you sell, so you might want be careful selling some of the rarer loot.

Yeah I sold some loot that I needed and now I'm having a hell of a time finding them. Right now I'm trying to get the Ultima blade and the turensol blade I'm not sure i have the correct spelling on that.

I've read quite a bit about chaining the mirror knights, are these the best enemies to chain to make gil fast? And/or what are some other good ones?

I was chaining a lot in the Nam-Yensa Westersands (I'm a lower level). I hit like 156-Chain or something. The Urban-Yensas are EVERYWHERE.

As far as keeping or selling loot, I just make sure to keep one everything (except for Wolf Pelts and crap like that). Besides, the more you sell, the more likely you'll get new things available at the bazaar.
