Not sure if you are going to come back at all since you haven't posted since, but the art is just called "Final Fantasy (whichever Roman Numeral) Logo".
If you mean "who is the artist" then its probably Amano...
and ~SS~ is right, for a first post it wasn't really thought out, could we maybe see more clarity in the future please?
