Lizardman

I've hunted him down for several hours now and still haven't fought him at the Southern Cyril Beach. What's going on here?

Lizardman is a boss at Northern Cyril Beach. To fight him, you need to travel to Northern Cyril Beach.

Ok then, I guess it solves the problem. But why is it that you can hunt him down at the Southern Beach?

 

[Koloth]

You cannot hunt him at Southern Cyril Beach. You usually see bosses in areas before their location. You probably see Lizardman (Boss), correct. If you scan him, you will see his location is Northern Cyril Beach.

Ah, I see. Well, thanks for clearing that up. You can close this now if you wish.

He's a pain to beat though. Bring a partner and some potions.

If you're on level 3 with 15 strength and defence as well as having the maximum capacity of potions, you should be fine. That's what the RPG mods recommend, anyway.
