Sun And Steel
ARE YOU GOURMET?!
Anyone here watched any live action anime adaptions or similair shows ( i.e. they'd probably work as an anime ). So far I've watched:
- the live version of Great Teacher Onizuka, which was a really laugh so long as you're into cheesey stuff. Not as over the top as the anime itself but it keeps a good deal of crackpot antics.
- Densha Otoko ( Train man ). A show about an Akihabara, forum-blogging geek trying to scoop the rich girl who he helped when they were on the subway. Provided you've frequented enough forums ( specifically anime and games ones ) you should be able to catch most of the humour.
- Garo. One of the super hero type shows you used to watch when you were a kid, like Power Rangers or Masked Rider. This one follows a Magic Knight who hunts down horrors, creatures/entities who tempt humans and devour them. He has the ability to essentially turn into a wolven suit of armour and kill anything in one hit, sort of breaking the show a bit. Fun enough, but not excellent. Still haven't finished it mind so it may get better towards the end.
