How can I get the map of westersand? And Subterra of Pharos?
And how can I get Ba'Gamnan to Sky Pirate's Den?

Theres no map for subterra and for westersand i think there is a moogle at the end of it.
For bagamnan you must complete the bestiary which includes all marks, rare game, humanoids, monsters etc
