Lionheart is also the only final weapon you can get in the first disk. the others involve drops from enemies that only begin to appear in the second or third disk.

Everyone's is possible with the exception of Irvine's Exeter, as you'll have to wait until Disc 3 to get your hands on that Moon Stone.
