The leveling system didn't really bother me all that much. I thought the DMW was a good edition to the game. It was new and innovative, and not the same old thing we've seen in most of the games.
The only thing that annoyed me about the battles was the woman that said "initiating combat mode" or something. Now that was annoying! Especially after you've played for 4 hours >_>
