Just to let you know what happened with Shadow (and you could probably also tell with the Log stats) Larxene deadmined Shadow. I really don't believe this was necessary, and she did this without my concent or Darkblade's, as far as I'm concerned, so I put him back to being an RPG Administrator.
 
I have temporarily (at this time) removed her moderating and RPG administrative abilities while we discuss what the next course of action should be...

I'm sure you may already know about what Larxene has done. Besides deadmining Shadow without the rest of the staff's concent, she has put KH items in the RPG Inferno, even after being told to stop it. I was also told that she was initially deadmined for lack of activity, and what I described just above, but was put back again after apologizing. I have reason to suspect that she may have done the RPG resets, or removed the items that Shadow was putting into the RPG Inferno. I couldn't tell this from the Log stats though. If someone could confirm this for me, we will have something to work with. I guess that summarizes what I know.

That is reason enough - She should not be altering staff profiles without consent...

I will add the inferno admin file to the control panel log when I get the chance, so we can monitor all activity within it; Currently, it is not being logged...

Oh, I see. Yes, I did see that log. That's how I concluded that she deadmined Shadow.

Altering of staff profiles and modding should only be done by administrators.
 
Indeed... So what do we do? Re-admin her, keep her off...

We can't prove it was her who reset the RPG...

I'm very tempted to say that she did it, considering that the other two RPG Administrators are more up front about this. I'm sure you could ask them if they did the RPG reset, and you could find an answer with Larxene...I'm not too sure. And this is assuming nobody is lying. However, I think I would also like some input from Darkblade as well.

Although I have noticed that of the two or three RPG threads I and others have made on the staff forums, she has posted in none of them at all, if I can recall correctly. Does make you wonder, does it?

We could readmin her again after you have the logs in place, but I worry that those poor RPG Administrators may have wasted their efforts again if she does do another RPG reset. Darkblade should be on later today.
 
She won't be able to once I am finished with the scripts ;)

Well, I have just spoken to Darkblade through IM, and he has decided that both SPLATT and Larxene are to be deadmined from their RPG Administrator positions. This is because part of the problem with the screw ups involve the fact that RPG Administrators were chosen that had little or no experience working with RPG Inferno. We think it best to choose RPG Administrators in the future who do have experience with working with RPG Inferno.

If there will be no posts within the next few hours of this post, SPLATT will be deadmined.
 
Just so everyone is aware he has been removed from RPG Administrator status back to member - I believe it was Sephiroth who did this but whoever did, good job :P

Oh god! She just won't give up about having her RPG admin position. Just tell me, what part of "no" that she doesn't understand? The "n" or "o"? >_<
 
I told her she has as much of a chance as anyone else proving themselves worthy of being an RPG Administrator. That is, they don't have to ask for it, or talk about how they are worthy of becoming an RPG Administrator or why they want to become one. We go looking for them. After I told her that, she gave up talking to me. And after having looked at the RPG Jobs Suggestions and Ideas thread, I've come to believe myself that she implemented neither of those things. If SPLATT is correct, she only gave spells to the Organization job, and not the other ones, despite one member's suggestion.
 
She could have gained her RPG admin position back but since she has been a pain in my ass, contacting me via AIM and through the board PM system for a million of times, I have changed my mind yet again. I just find it weird when you're trying to compliment on yourself. "I can do this and that, add lots of RPG items within just an hour... blah blah blah...". And I knew that she never implemented anything in the RPG, it was all SPLATT himself.

And not only that, she has been lying to us as well about her position and all which means I'll never let her back with the team... Although SPLATT was doing a great job as far as I'm concerned, however, I'm not quite sure yet.
 
When I implement a limited access RPG control system (when I get time), we will be able to have an RPG Admin and RPG Moderators, able to do lesser functions, via a new RPG CP (not the ACP) :)

Sounds good. But with an attitude like that of Larxene's, I'm not sure I'd want her on staff for any reason anyways. Staff members are chosen partly for their maturity, and I'd say Larxene doesn't have it. So do you think it would be alright to appoint SPLATT as an RPG moderator?
 
Once the system is created, yeh, SPLATT would make a good RPG Moderator :)

By the way, I also just recieved a PM pestering for her position back - It's sad... :whistling:

She's persistent, I know. She's stopped bothering me, probably because she figured that she's not going to get anything out of me, but that she thinks she might be able to leech off of another administrator. But it's because she's going about it the wrong way.
