KHII vs. KH

I have only played into KHII as far as POTC. So i am only lvl 20 or there abouts. But did anyone feel kind of let down, so far this game has nothing on the first one.

Does it get better later on or what? Please let me know :)

I personaly prefered KH:II to KH i enjoyed it more, so i would say it those get better.
 
KHII is far better to the original, the battle systems better and easier.

too bad they got rid of the dodge roll though :sad2:
 
KH2 is better in terms of gameplay I dont' really thinkn anyone thinks KH1 plays better.

I don't know which stroy is better thought. but i'm leanin more toward KH2.
 
The game will get better, so just keep going n give it time!! Battles are more fun, and it's better than the original game! ^^
 
KHII is better cuzz it has form and you can do limit with your party member
 
Kingdom heart is fun to play with but Kingdom heart 2 is better then KH cuse of the why they move their mouth and more keyblads
 
kh II is better because of the story the adding of the organization XIII and the controls.
the only let down is that it is too easy unlike the first one that had challenges
 
I say. Me love KH2 and I didn't even played 1 yet! I like the way character looks have changed. Especialy Riku's hair...*drools*
 
KHII is better than the first. There was a lot more to do than in KH1. More and better side quests than the first. Also getting the Ultima Weapon for Sora is alot easier than getting it in the first game. In KHI you had to farm for mystery goo which had a 0.5% chance of dropping.

Oh and all of the new areas were great. :D
 
Honestly I <33 KH2 than KH for some reason. The battling moves are WAY more kewl than thoes is the first one. Plus you have Roxas! How can you beat that?! ^ ^
 
IMO KHII is better i think the story is more engaging, and i like the forms and the fact that you can wield 2 keyblades. plus i like sora more when he's not an infant.
 
I think both had their pros and cons over the other.

For KH1, there was the novelty of the idea of combining Disney and Square and seeing how well it actually turned out. That newness naturally was missing from KH2, especially with returns to some Disney worlds.

Next, KH2 for some reason abandoned platforming. It made the worlds seem a lot more flat and less dynamic than in KH1.

KH1's story had a lot more to do with Disney and the worlds they explored. In KH2, Disney seemed more like an afterthought, concentrating more on Organization XIII.

However, KH2's story is probably a little stronger, but not by a lot, I don't think. The camera's better, and the fighting has a lot more depth. So, I'd almost say it's a tie.

Mystery goo is actually easy to get (well for me)i go to wonderland and face white mushrooms they mostly drop mytsery goo.

I kinda like both of them. KH has a really hard difficulty than KH2 but KH2 has better gameplay. I also rather use quick run than dodge roll its faster, but you can,t use Sonic Blade or Ragnorok in KH2 which is a let down. All of your party members have speacals except sora that can only use trinity and limit.
 
i havent even finished the second one, but it seems pretty cool

i liked the first one a lot though, and idk why but i have a feeling that ill think the first one will end up being my favorite of the two

i just thought it was so much fun right from the beginning

and i dont feel that way bout kh2, but thats just me ^_^
