It won't install!

So, I stick my installation disc in the drive, and this screen comes up. I press "Install", and all that happens is that the above screen disappears, and I'm left staring at my desktop. It refuses to install! Can anybody help me?
Also, I'm running Vista Home Premium, if that helps

I don't think Final Fantasy VII can run on Vista.
