Three words; Better Business Bureau. And that little threat is always enough to shut a place up unless they grow some serious balls, but that almost never happens. http://www.bbb.org/ if you're ever forced to make good on that threat. The BBB is there to do what they can to force businesses to be fair to the consumer. I'd have threatened them with both the health department and the Better Business Bureau if they started threatening to call the police on me for my complaint. And I'd leave peaceably so that they couldn't make good on their threat, but I'd go home and make good on mine.
