Yeah, please explain it a lil more like i dont get it...
I think he means that if you were, say, a star or something, or anything that gives off light, would it be possible to blind yourself if you're the light's source.

I think that if you're something of a bright light, you're probably used to radiating all of that off you.
Sort of like a "Star" in Hollywood. Before you hit fame, you're a nobody and look at everyone famous like "It'd be awesoem to be around them all the time!". But once you become famous, being around other famous people on a daily basis is just common daily schedule and it's routine.

Probably not. If you gave off a blinding presence, you’d probably see in a different visual spectrum in my opinion.

I'm not quite sure I follow either. You mean like a godly blinding presence? A literal one? Either way I'd say no. If you're powerful enough to exude such a thing then you're probably strong enough to handle it yourself as well.
