War; War never changes. In 1999, the tension between all the Worlds Supurpowers began to finally spin out of control, on the North American plane Massive Fallout shelters were being built in anticipation to the possiable threat of Nuclear War Dubbed the Vault Network. These Underground Vaults were Mankinds last hope for salvation, a chance at a new begining, where they can create a utopia of peace, while digging out of the ashes. However the Vault System was nearly complete when the missles left the silos, devating the world, and the fragile but sturdy Vault Network, These Vaults either were cut off complety, from the Network or fell to the Macanations of War. One Vault; Vault 13 had survivied the war, these Vault Dwellers decided that in order to survive they needed to leave there vault, but in order to ensure the highest success of survival they needed to send one Vault Dweller into the wasteland, one such Vault Dweller rose to the challenge he surveyed the situation, squared his shoulders, and took stock of the situation, and he ventured forth knowing that he needed not only to save his fellow comrades, but as mankind as well.
