Roleplay Idea Description: Basically, I'd been wanting to do a roleplay about super-powered individuals for a long time, both to use an original character I haven't touched in a while and to see how creative people could get in coming up with their own super-powered characters with unique personalities attached and such. The concept of what I have in mind is basically this, a large city, probably not unlike Chicago would be the setting. In this city, there's basically going to be an influx of people with superhuman mutations, drawn to it by some strange unseen pull they cannot quite describe.
The concept of a superhero or supervillain is unheard of. Nobody dresses in flashy costumes or does anything unsightly, at least nothing the normal population notice as odd... Those with gifts make a point of making themselves unnoticed, and if they ever meet or clash, they only do so in secret, and normally in the dead of night. While many just live their lives as they will, in the city, others make it a point to investigate the attracting hold this city suddenly has on their kind. What is it that draws all these Vagabonds and Vandals here?
