First I guess it's a question of does anyone other then me like this band?

Anyway, if you got their new album, did you like it? Allot of people have been saying how it is their best, yet personally I think it's their second best, after The Sickness of course.
The music style is pretty similar to that of Ten Thousand Fists, but it has a more melodramatic feel to it, like in their album Believe.

What do you guys think?

Lawl, you probably should have specified that it's Disturbed, else the ignorant might think the band's name is Indestructible :wacky:

Anyway, I like the new album alot, I'd say you're right in comparing it to Believe though. Aside from Inside the Fire, the (fantastic) remake of Perfect Insanity and Criminal, the aggression has been toned down. I personally like the brutality of The Sickness and the aggression in Ten Thousand Fists (especially Avarice) better, but this album is great nevertheless.

oh yeh yeh.

didnt listen to all the songs but its really good! wouldnt say its the BEST best because they have too many awsome songs that set the bar really h i g h! (land of confusion, stupidfy, meaning of life, fear. anyone?)
but its really great nonetheless!

I love this album.

Brilliant all the way through, though I'm not too keen on the song "Indestructable" so usually just skip that and go straight to track 2 when I listen to the album.

I love "Enough" fucking brilliant song, aswell as "The Night"

Great band Disturbed, love all their music.

Quite agree, it's hard to call a single album of theirs the best because all their stuff is great. Some of my favorite songs of theirs aren't even on the main albums, either.

The nice thing is though, they've got songs and albums that fit different moods. The Sickness and Ten Thousand Fists are great if I'm raging. If I'm in an emo mood Believe works lovely, but still has enough aggression to keep from being whiny MCR bullshit. And Indestructible just seems to fall somewhere in the middle.

Same here actually...it seems like they're trying to carry the aggression from Ten Thousand Fists, but it didn't work. Inside the Fire is way cooler, especially his creepy laugh. Actually it would have made for the perfect opening song on the CD, now that I think of it. Parasite would have worked too, it actually captures the 10KF aggression.

I loved indestructible so does my friend, funny how that happens lol.

Yes it is impossible to call an album the best, but I'd have to side with 10,000 Fists, mainly because it's the album that started me on Disturbed.
