In my opinion...

There may be other things that some find interesting. Just cause all your questions have been answered doesnt mean everyone has had theirs answered.

If they were never answered in FFVII (for example, what brand of underwear Cid wears) it's not important, is it?

You're still not naming anything of great importance. And right, because SE would bother going into detail about such things, right?

What difference would it make if we knew what brand of underwear Cid wears? It wouldn't make FF7 any less of a good story, would it?

The remake's purpose would be to enhance everything we loved about FF7, not ruin it. (and of course $$$)

I not naming anything of great importance as Ive been satisifed and have nothing more to be answered. I was saying that there are people out there who may have unanswered questiones.

I dont know why your going on about Cids underwear, youre the only one bringing it up, you the one interested?

They haven't killed the game in anyway, it's just seemed to have lost a lot of it's "pazazz". Sure these Compilation titles are leaking more of the story to us and tying it all together, but a lot of the time, the great fun comes in the mystery a game leaves trailing off.

FFX for example would have been the perfect "WTF" ending game, but FFX-2 came out, and threw in a new twist. At least with FFX before X-2, we can sit there and try to ponder what could happen to Tidus in teh future. However, now with a Perfect FFX-2 ending, we see Tidus coming back, and he really has no clue why or how he got there.

FFVII's compilation isn't so bad, but it does seem to get a bit repetitive at times.

FFVII is legend and nothing can taint the game, as for the name, I think Dirge of Cerberus and Advent Children shouldv'e been the last of it, because all stories linked.

I agree with the most part of the TC. Although, sometimes I enjoy to play it, pretending that these horrifying games were never released.

I agree that nothing could taint this game. I've enjoyed it time and time again and the compilation won't deter me in any way (I actually did enjoy AC). The music, the characters, the world, the story; it waz, and is, beautiful, and if people let their dis-satisfaction of the compilation kill the game for them then perhaps that says something.
